You can check your $ZPLD balance by connecting your wallet to MetaMask or any Avalanche-compatible wallet and viewing your tokens on Snowtrace (snowtrace.io). The token will appear under your Avalanche C-Chain holdings. You need at least 1 $ZPLD per lead requested.

The remaining 10% are permanently burned (sent to a dead wallet with no private key), removing them from circulation forever. Both transactions are verifiable on-chain.
Yes! Use the Notes field in the form to describe your ideal lead profile — industry, job title, company size, geographic region, technology stack, or any other filter you need. Our data team will apply these criteria when pulling your contacts from the Zipplead database.
There's no hard cap per request. Whether you're redeeming 10 tokens or 100,000, the process is the same. Large redemptions (10,000+) may require additional verification and slightly longer delivery windows. Contact us ahead of time for bulk orders.
All leads are delivered as a clean CSV file sent to the email address you provide. The file is ready to import directly into HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Pipedrive, or any other CRM. Each row includes: full name, email, phone, title, company, industry, size, location, and LinkedIn.
In rare cases, high volume periods can push delivery to 48 hours. If you haven't received your leads within 48 hours of submission, email our team at support@zipplead.com with your redemption confirmation number. Failed or incomplete deliveries are always re-attempted at no additional cost.
Yes — a public wallet address (starting with 0x) is safe to share. It's like a bank account number: others can see it but cannot access or withdraw from your wallet without your private key or seed phrase. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, ever.
Redemption requests can be modified within 1 hour of submission by contacting our team directly. Once wallet verification begins, the burn and recycle mechanic is triggered and the request cannot be reversed. Make sure your details are correct before submitting.
