Commission-Based Sales Roles
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
You'll be the first touchpoint for potential ZippLead customers. Your job is to prospect, cold outreach, and book qualified demos for our account executives. Commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
Enterprise Account Manager
Own a book of business. Manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise accounts, run QBRs, and drive renewals and expansions. Commission-based with performance bonuses.
Manager of Partnerships
Build ZippLead's partner ecosystem from the ground up. Identify and close agency, reseller, and technology partnerships. Commission + revenue share on all partner-sourced deals.
Equity Co-Founder Roles
We're looking for experienced operators to join as equity-based co-founders. These are not employee roles — they're founding team positions with real ownership in ZippLead's future.
- Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) — Own the entire revenue function
- Chief Sales Officer (CSO) — Lead and scale the sales organization
- Chief Growth Officer (CGO) — Drive user acquisition and expansion
- Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) — Build strategic partnerships and new revenue streams
