You'll be building your function from the ground up, making strategic decisions, and sharing in the upside as the company grows. Open Co-Founder Roles
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Own the entire revenue function. You'll build and lead the sales team, define the go-to-market strategy, and be accountable for hitting revenue targets. Ideal background: 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership, experience scaling from $1M to $10M+ ARR.
Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Lead and scale the sales organization. You'll hire and manage SDRs and AEs, build the sales playbook, and drive pipeline growth. Ideal background: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing B2B sales teams.
Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Drive user acquisition, activation, and expansion. You'll own growth experiments, product-led growth initiatives, and the metrics that matter for scaling. Ideal background: Growth hacking, PLG, or demand generation experience at a B2B SaaS company.
Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO)
Build strategic partnerships and new revenue streams. You'll identify and close agency, reseller, and technology partnerships that expand ZippLead's reach. Ideal background: Business development, partnerships, or channel sales experience.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Own brand, demand generation, and content. You'll build ZippLead's marketing engine from the ground up — SEO, content, paid, social, and community. Ideal background: B2B SaaS marketing leadership with a track record of driving inbound pipeline.
